Counselling & Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is collaborative treatment where the counsellor helps you to understand and change unhelpful thoughts, behaviours and emotions. I offer a neutral space to explore various goal specific approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), and Couples Therapy informed by the Gottman Approach and Prepare and Enrich. Gain insight and learn coping techniques for a variety of mental health challenges including but not limited: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Relationship issues, Parenting, Life Transitions and Grief.
